A five year-old, full Arab, Breeders Sweepstakes, 15.1 hh gelding out of RTM foundation mare Nefretiri Ruby, by HCC Zarmaro. College Boy is the epitome of RTM's Polish/Ofir endurance breeding program, AKA "Stanley",
Stanley was more than a horse to Scott his owner who waited six years to complete with him in endurance. Holly helped plan his breeding and Scott imprinted his foal and halter trained a colt, then greenbroke a young gelding.

Stanley's training started at two-months of age when Scott would ride Nefy while Stanley followed. At six-months Stanley was ponyed by is grandfather, Zeitawi Samzar. As a one year-old, Scott walked Stanley alone on two-mile walks, when two he was greenbroke.
Gradual monthly two to three-mile walks turned from working trots to slow lopes. Several years later when Stanley turned five, and AERC "of Age", he entered his first 50-mile race.
Mid-season 2003 marked the AERC debut of both Scott and Stanley. Consistent training and good breeding do pay off. A high-performance sport horse bred strictly from Racehorse Champions.

Victory and Myra cross the line on White River Summer 2003 ride.
2002 was his first year competing and has only been used lightly in endurance riding. In 2003 he has completed four rides having two wins, one second, and one third.
A terrible Dilemma to be in, too many good horses and not enough time to ride them all.
2004 proved to be an interesting year for Tootsie. Pictured here with Myra on the U.S. National AHA Breeders Sweepstakes Competitive ride in Chilicothe OH this fall.
She had a go at competitive trail riding this year; placing 3rd in our regional 13 CTR.
2004 finds Victory also back at it; earning a Best-Condition on his first Endurance 50-mile ride this spring and placing 3rd over line. Two weeks latter he Won the Region #11 Breeders Sweepstakes 50-mile endurance ride!
Although she is small in stature, 14.2 hhs, Glory can pack a punch! She has captured my heart, Glory will be an excellent competitor. This mare has always finishing Top 5. Her personality alone is a reason to keep her around.
Update: 2004 ride season has started and Glory is back at it; she placed 3rd in the Region 14 Breeders Sweepstakes 50-mile endurance ride! A very tough ride in mountains with 90+ degree weather. Look out US Nationals CTR in October, as she is coming your way!
